An effective and subtle form of therapy that helps to create positive change in your life – whether it is physical, mental, emotional or spiritual. It is very effective because it quickly gets to the underlying cause of any disharmony we experience in life. It uses many different modalities and therefore allows for an individual approach to healing. Some of the modalities that may be incorporated are: guided imagery, counselling, deep relaxation therapy, colour therapy, past life and age regression.
BACKGROUND
Integrated Self Empowerment Therapy (ISET) was developed by Eileen Goble, a holistic psychotherapist who was the principle of The Holistic Centre in Melbourne. Eileen spent many years researching her greatest love, the dynamics between our minds, souls and bodies, which lead to the birth of ISET.

Sit in a comfortable chair and discuss your reasons for the visit. ISET is then tailored to your needs – this may include any or all of the following: Deep relaxation, guided imagery, counselling, colour therapy, Reiki, past life and /or age regression.

Live with Spirit - 1 day
The Live with Spirit workshop is designed to introduce you to the philosophy behind the ISET healing technique and allow you to begin a journey of discovery about your metaphysical nature with the outcome of starting you on a path to creating positive change in your life. The workshop allows you to walk away with new insights, healing and direction or leads you to take this journey of discovery and healing further by going on to complete the accredited “Journey to Self Empowerment” Certificate. Using guided meditation and visual imagery techniques, this one day workshop allows you the opportunity to discover your spiritual nature and connect with your subconscious to create positive change in your life. Colour your World - 1 day
In this workshop we explore the concept of colour and how we can use colour on a daily basis to enhance our lives. We look at the energies and meanings of each colour and how they can connect to our physical bodies through the chakras and auras. Cost $100. >> Calendar
Journey to Self Empowerment Certificate - 8 days
This course is an eight day course (usually run over four week-ends) and provides a great opportunity for you to create positive change in your life and the lives of people around you. Due to it’s practical nature it is very common for participants to experience healing and change at the spiritual level resulting in an increased sense of well being and self awareness. ISET Methodology Certificate - minimum of 10 days
This course is designed for people who:
- already work on a physical and/or energetic level such as Massage Therapists, Reflexologists, Reiki Practitioners etc.
- Counsellors, Psychologists, Psychotherapists and Life Coaches who would like to obtain another effective tool that they can utilize within their existing modality.
- People who have completed the Journey to Self Empowerment Certificate
ISET uses the secret language of the mind through guided meditation and visual imagery techniques to change negative belief systems and learned behaviour patterns that may have created illness, emotional disturbances and life fulfilment frustrations.
